Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical support:Providing technical support to customers and other stakeholders.
Troubleshooting:Analyzing and resolving technical issues.
Technical solutions:Developing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions.
System performance:Monitoring and analyzing system performance to recommend improvements.
New technologies:Recommending new and advanced technologies to management.
Technical specifications:Analyzing customer requirements and developing technical specifications.
Safety guidelines:Ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
Technical documents:Preparing technical documents, drawings, and reports.
Cost estimates:Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and project plans.
Preventative measures:Developing preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
Best practices:Implementing best practices in developing technical solutions.
