Main Responsibilities
Lead Laravel Development projects from conception to delivery under tight deadlines.
Participate in technical discussions on business requirements.
Provide technical leadership to up to 5 Laravel developers, including code reviews and architectural decisions.
Develop high-quality web applications, modules, and components.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with Backend Teams.
Create technical documents related to web projects.
Stay updated on Laravel Development trends and recommend improvements.
Skill Requirements
5+ years of development experience in Web Development, preferably with Laravel Framework.
Familiarity with UI Libraries (Bootstrap/Tailwind) and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with SEO.
Proven experience in medium-to-high traffic websites/web applications.
Leading technical teams, mentorship, and guiding developers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development and scalable systems.
Estimated Salary: RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum (depending on location and experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
