Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ACMV systems and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with industrial and data center clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the industrial and data center sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Lead plan and specs team to work with consultants for existing and new business opportunities to pursue sales leads, promote and spec in the company's products & solutions.Pursues strategic existing or new customers to build goodwill and relationships to generate business opportunities and to influence sales or repeat sales for the company.Provide technical consultation and support to clients, addressing their specific ACMV needs and challenges.Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ACMV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.Develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the ACMV industry.Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the industrial and data center sectors.Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems and applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices
