What You'll Do:
Understand the technical landscape and ability to assess candidates' technical capabilities.
Evaluate candidates' technical competencies to identify the best fit for our challenging roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet our future staffing needs.
Participate in career fairs, talks, employer branding activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent in the industry.
What We're Looking For:
A Professional Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or an equivalent field.
Proven experience (1+ years) in technical recruitment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented, driven to achieve ambitious hiring goals.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
