Job Purpose Delivers configurable solutions to the end user customers and partners and be the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Automation products and understands customer requirements, diagnosing technical problems, and offering tailored solutions to ensure the optimal performance of systems, products, or services.
Key Responsibilities Deliver solutions to customer based on requirements document Providing technical leadership that help customer to understand, use, and manage the solutions and set up according to their specific needs.
Ensure the customer is fully supported and able to make the best use of the customized solution.
Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget Work independently in developing a solution as per the customer's requirements and document all customer-specific configuration Manually setting up and configuring in the customer's internal IT infrastructure Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization.
3+ years' experience in the field or a related area preferred SQL Server based skills; in areas such as MS SQL Server architecture, design, and tuning MUST be well verse in writing scripts using SQL, and .NET programming language.
Ability to understand the functional design and technical project requirements Working knowledge of one of the following domain: AP, AR, Payroll, HR, etc.
workflow, BPR and/or SAP Ability to work alternative shift and client hours when necessary Ability to travel to customer project locations as needed Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and a high degree of attention to detail.
