HANDD Business Solutions is expanding its operations and is recruiting for further Technical Support Analysts. We are a leading independent cybersecurity and data security expert specializing in secure managed file transfer (MFT), data discovery and data protection solutions.
The successful candidates will be positive and confident as the first point of contact for technical support and requests, across a broad range of desktop, server and middleware applications and protocols. A knowledge of typical network/infrastructure topologies and solutions would be beneficial and experience with various file transfer technologies, task automation and database knowledge will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be able to handle customer support requests via helpdesk system (email), telephone, and remotely connecting to customer systems for troubleshooting.
Perform initial analysis of the incident to identify underlying issue, e.g. Application Issues, DB Issue, Network Issue etc.
You will need to ensure we meet our agreed customer service targets as well follow support ticket methodologies.
You will be providing timely support and resolve critical technical support cases within the Support Level Agreement (SLA).
Liaising with other departments and 3rd party service providers when necessary.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
Candidates must be Malaysian residents and does not require visa or work permits from the company.
Minimum one to three years of experience in supporting customer focus applications.
Junior and Senior are welcome to apply. Salary range will be depending on candidate's experience.
Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting.
Possess self-initiative and able to work independently and possess good troubleshooting skills.
Able to write and communicate in English, as the role required to liaise with international customers.
Exceptional skills in time management and problem solving.
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Advantageous Technical Skills:
Server Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux), Database, Storage, Virtualization Software, Cloud Computing, Networking Concept, and Security.
Experience in database and SQL.
Knowledge in FTP, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTPS, AS2.
