-Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company's quality standards


-Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts 


-Reassemble complete device


-Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations


-Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner


-Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective


-Attend and complete company's technical and non-technical training

-Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.


-Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or have knowledge of phone systems and components


-Able take multiple task


-Preferably can start to work immediately
