Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Resolve technical problems with local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other systems.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
Document internal procedures and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant educational background in IT or a related field.
