Technician Civil & Electrical

Plan, coordinate, and delegate work to subordinates, carrying out all types of building maintenance for end users.
Provide reports to superiors on work status, including manpower, materials, and tool usage for assigned tasks.
Assist in managing orders of building materials to ensure sufficient supplies for work purposes.
Maintain attendance records for subordinates, work order records, and inventory records for all building equipment, tools, and machinery.
Ensure efficient and proper use of materials, building tools, and machinery to reduce costs for the company.
Malaysian citizen, male preferred.
SPM / SPVM / SKM or relevant certificates (civil & electrical).
Experience in the related field for at least 1 year.
Able to work in groups and individually; disciplined and responsible.
