Job ResponsibilitiesBasic equipment setup and conversation.
Minimum supervising to perform equipment conversion and setup.
Performance maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment as per schedule.
Verify production output against machine downtime and investigate line problems, focusing on overall equipment effectiveness and downtime.
Equipment operation – Perform diagnostics and operate equipment at the working field.
Understand equipment ID and modular function.
Handle tools correctly for equipment setup or troubleshooting.
Understand machine parts functions/operations.
Perform Wirebond (Wedge Bonding).
Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
Certified Certificate Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation (CePSTPO) and STP certificate are advantageous.
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment is a plus.
Must be able to work shifts.
Willing to work and based in Ipoh.
