Job Responsibilities:Support engineering, nursing, and other hospital staff in the operation of facilities systems.
Provide basic front-line service support and minor corrective maintenance of facilities systems.
Liaise loosely with vendors on work coordination and spare part sourcing.
Coordinate, supervise, and verify work conducted by vendors.
Ensure that the implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PMP) is carried out as scheduled.
Update filing system of daily-related work being carried out.
Understand the Mission, Vision, and goals of the organization, the role of the service, and self.
Perform duties in line with the service goals.
Provide feedback on service goals.
Perform routine tasks according to standard operating procedures and performance standards.
Encourage and initiate housekeeping according to the requirements of 5'S.
Identify problems and contribute to problem-solving.
Provide quality services to customers.
Maintain good working relations with fellow employees.
Continuously improve working processes and environment.
Uphold the image of the service and company.
Report unsafe practices, conditions, near misses, incidents, and accidents to the Secretary of the Safety and Health Committee.
Attend conferences/training sponsored or organized by the company.
Occupational Safety and Health:Take reasonable care for the safety and health of him/her and of other persons who may be affected by his/her acts or omissions at work.
Co-operate with Top Management and Management or any other person in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the staff by the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 or any Regulation made thereunder.
Wear or use at all times any personal protective equipment or clothing provided by the Management for the purpose of preventing risks to his or her safety and health.
Comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by the Top Management under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 or any Regulations made thereunder.
