Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Responsibilities:Basic equipment setup and conversation with minimal supervision to perform equipment conversion and setup.Performance maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment as per schedule.Verify production output against machine downtime, investigate line problems, and focus on overall equipment effectiveness and downtime.Perform diagnostics and operate equipment in the working field.Understand equipment ID and modular function.Use the right tools for equipment setup or troubleshooting.Understand machine parts functions/operations.Perform Wirebond (Wedge Bonding).Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.Certified Certificate Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation (CePSTPO) and STP certificate are an advantage.Familiarity with semiconductor equipment is a plus.Must be able to work in shifts.Willing to work and be based in Ipoh.How do your skills match this job?
