Technician

Job Description: TechnicianThe position requires the incumbent to station indoors or travel outdoors to our customer's premises to perform home appliances machine repairs and routine maintenance. The technician will also provide customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product after installation and product testing.To be successful as a technician, you should have excellent electrical and mechanical skills. You should have experience with basic diagnostic tools, and you should be physically fit to lift Semi-heavy equipment.**Responsibilities**:1.Plan and arrange appointments with clients at their convenience, especially for outdoor field service.2.Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their products.3.Using diagnostic tools (Multimeter) to identify issues and evaluate the available information.4.Fixing defective or broken products or ordering the necessary parts to replace faulty or worn-out parts.5.Servicing in-house (Small Domestic Appliances) and/or home-based equipment.6.Prepare basic quotation for Non-Warranty product**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM/Vocational School/Certificate- For Junior Technicians-Team player and able to work in a team- Able to work beyond working hours or overtime when required- Basic customer service and communication skills.- Good working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.- Physically fit to lift heavy and /or medium size home appliance- Able to speak and write basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.- High Integrity (Trustworthy, reliable, and honest)We are looking for Technician nationwide _(_**10 branches within West Malaysia and East Malaysia**_). _Please include your preferred location along with your CV during your submission.
