Technician

1. Maintenance and Repair Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with food processing machinery, such as mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and conveyor systems.Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.Replace or repair defective parts, such as motors, sensors, and electrical components, to prevent equipment breakdowns.2. Installation and Commissioning Install new food machinery on-site, including electrical and mechanical setup.Conduct testing, calibration, and ensure machinery meets operational requirements.Provide clients with initial training on proper operation and maintenance practices.3. Technical Support Attend to service calls from customers and resolve machinery breakdowns promptly.Offer remote troubleshooting and technical guidance to operators and customers when necessary.Collaborate with the service team to provide technical support and advice to clients.4. Documentation and Reporting Prepare service reports detailing the work carried out, issues found, and recommendations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and service activities.Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.5. Spare Parts Management Identify and recommend spare parts required for repairs and preventive maintenance.Work closely with the Procurement or Spare Parts department to ensure parts availability.6. Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols when performing repairs and installations.Ensure machinery meets safety regulations and operational guidelines.Provide safety training to clients' operators where required.
