What you'll be doing:
Conducting service and repair of technical equipment for Dyson, Bruno, and Jura products.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner with detailed reports.
Controlling and using inventory with System PRONTO (ERP & CRM software).
Communicating with customers when required as part of service requirements.
Adhering to company policy, including but not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.
What we're looking for:
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in the Engineering field.
Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role: troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts when required and adapt to changing work schedules.
