Job Responsibilities
- Set-up, installation, and commissioning of equipment at customer's site
- Conduct training and provide after-sales service support to customers
- Attend to customers' complaints/technical enquiries and take corrective actions within the targeted timeline
- Able to handle multitask and work independently
Job Requirements
- Good trouble-shooting and analytical skills
- Training will be provided for newcomers
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin (will be an advantage)
- Working days from Monday to Saturday
- Experience in the related industry will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply
