Technician

1. Every shift, to check all operating equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, hot water system, cold water system, water feature, firefighting equipment, to ensure all are working in good condition. 2. To take daily reading for chiller, LPG, hot water system and cold water tank level. 3. To take energy consumption reading every month for ISK water meter reading, Digi electrical reading, DTW electrical reading. 4. To attend to guest complain with regards to maintenance issue. 5. On evening shift to ensure all the building lightings are in good condition and are ON at the right time such as the lobby down light, logo, water feature spotlight, street lights, aircraft warning lights and etc. 6.
