ResponsibilitiesTo perform daily checks on all civil, mechanical and electrical installations of the development under their care, identifying areas of concern to their reporting superior.
To perform necessary troubleshoots, repairs and rectification works, where possible, promptly and in a professional manner.
To monitor works carried out by appointed service providers and/or contractors to ensure all such works are performed in a professional and timely manner, and in compliance with the requirements of the management and statutory regulations, where applicable.
To attend to all feedback and complaints lodged by occupants of the development under their care and follow up with them closely until the issue is addressed and resolved.
To perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Building Manager, Portfolio Managers and/or management to support the overall objectives.
Job RequirementsPossess a minimum of a SPM certificate, or Diploma in any related discipline.
Professional certification as a Professional Wireman (PW) and/or Chargeman (A0, A1) will be an added advantage.
Possess a minimum of one (1) year working experience in related field is required for this position.
Possess good skills and knowledge in handling maintenance and repairs of building facilities.
Any additional skills and knowledge in masonry works, electrical, electronics and/or plumbing systems will be an added advantage.
Resourceful, independent, team player, self-motivated, self-starter, and good interpersonal skills.
Able to respond to emergency calls as and when required, including after work hours, weekends and on public holidays.
Willing to work out of normal hours and off days, when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
