Job Responsibilities:Basic equipment setup and conversation with minimum supervision to perform equipment conversion and setup.
Perform maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment as per schedule.
Verify production output against machine downtime and investigate line problems, focusing on overall equipment effectiveness and downtime.
Perform diagnostics and operate equipment at the working field.
Understand equipment ID and modular function.
Handle tools using the right equipment for setup or troubleshooting.
Understand machine parts functions/operations.
Perform Wirebond (Wedge Bonding).
Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
Certified Certificate Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation (CePSTPO) and STP certificate are advantages.
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment is a plus.
Must be able to work in shifts.
Willing to work and be based in Ipoh.
