Job ResponsibilitiesBasic equipment setup and conversation with minimum supervision to perform equipment conversion and setup.
Performance maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment as per schedule.
Verify production output against machine downtime, investigate line problems, and focus on overall equipment effectiveness and downtime.
Equipment operation – Perform diagnostics and operate equipment at the working field.
Understanding of equipment ID and modular function.
Understand tool handling by using the right tool for equipment setup or troubleshooting.
Understanding of machine parts functions/operations.
Perform Wirebond (Wedge Bonding).
Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment is a plus.
Must be able to work in shifts.
Willing to work and be based in Ipoh.
