Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for carrying out planned maintenance and servicing jobs based on work instructions and procedures for all production machines and supporting equipment, and providing feedback on the status or condition of respective machines and equipment after task completion.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all machinery and equipment after repair jobs are completed.
Support production upon request.
Maintain company ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 Quality System, and ISO14001:2015 Environmental system.
Responsible for troubleshooting machine breakdowns, including Facilities equipment.
Ensure upkeep of all machines and equipment maintenance records.
Handle scheduled waste and storage to the designated area, recording and providing feedback if abnormalities are found during the scheduled waste handling procedures.
Handle chemical spills according to work instructions and procedures using chemical spill kits and PPE, and perform housekeeping after task completion.
Participate in cross-functional Bomba Emergency Response and Rescue Team and Chemical Spillage Team.
