Technician

To handle and solve daily maintenance or breakdown issues of production equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and repair.
Carry out periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, service and repair the equipment.
Able to investigate, diagnose & solve M&E related issue such as electrical/electronic, refrigeration, pneumatic, mechanical & etc.
Carry out repairs such as refilling refrigerant, welding copper pipe, pressure test with Nitrogen gas, flushing of compressor, troubleshooting electrical/electronic, mechanical & pneumatic problems, with the production equipment.
Able to communicate with suppliers when there is breakdown cases and update through phone and email.
Able to work and assist production breakdown issue after office hours / "On Call' especially during the weekend (Sunday) & public holidays.
Able to work at night shift.
Monitor spare parts and equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain the records of maintenance activities, repairs and spare parts inventory.
Perform other duties as per requested by superior/management.
To perform other related duties assigned from time to time, in alignment to company's goal and objective.

POSITION SPECIFICATION:
Qualification :Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Chargeman A1 / or equivalent / related license at Suruhanjaya Tenaga is preferred.Experience :Preferred 2 – 5 years working experience in electrical/electronic or relevant field.
Skills :Possess related skills in electrical/electronic & instrument maintenance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
