Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day general up-keep, operation, and maintenance of all mechanical plants and equipment.
Ensuring the contract work is executed and complies with the contract standard quality, cost control, and is completed within the contract period.
Facilitate the implementation of Quality Assurance Procedures ISO 9000 & Health, Safety, and Environment procedures.
Ensure operations activities are carried out in accordance with operations and maintenance procedures and all relevant laws and regulations.
Initiate orders for spare parts as required.
Assist in training hospital staff for the safe operation of mechanical and fire safety.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as necessary for the effective realization of the job purpose.
