Job Description Maintenance of building & structure, electrical and mechanical system such as; Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Elevator, Escalator, Fire-Fighting installation, Hoisting, Natural Gas, PA, Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant, Grease Trap, Pump, Water Fountain, Sump Pit, Floor, Roof, Walls, Signage, Plumbing and BMS.
Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
Carry out inspection, testing and maintenance using ITM checklist.
Attend on Tenants complaint.
Assist Supervisor in the daily operation.
Work order / Job request management.
Asset tagging.
Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
Electrical, Working at Height, Hot Work and Confined Space Entry safety awareness/ prevention. 5S.
Green building and energy efficiency projects.
Qualifications MLVK / SKM / Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Air Conditioning / Building or Mechatronic.
Chargeman, Wireman or CIDB Certificate.
(will be added advantage) 3 Year Relevant Experience.

Ability to work independently: FM technicians should be able to work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the job site.
