Technician (Utilities & Facilities)

a. Assist Engineer/Executive, Shift Officer & Supervisor in carrying out day to day operation for preventive maintenance to repair all type of equipment, process field and utilities in production line.b. Provide any support to resolve all related issue in process field, utilities, and facilities in order to ensure all system are under well operation if needed.c. To carry out troubleshooting task, services all machines and general maintenance repairing in accordance with the defect report and Maintenance Request Form (MRF) such as Electrical panel, Pack Burner system, Stirrer system, Topping up system etc.d. To ensure all production lines and machinery system are running smoothly in good condition.e. To continuously monitor and evaluate existing methods in process and equipment's to determine process capability and undertake projects for process improvement.f. To responsible checking all type of equipment and machines in process field for electrical system.g. Be part of service team in monitoring and maintenance of machinery systems as per schedule and involve in any maintenance shutdown program activities.h. To record all checklist in any QP/WI provided accordingly and record all data for daily, weekly, and monthly process reading.i. To initiate and voluntary troubleshooting and repair of all machineries and equipment breakdown when needed.j. To work closely with the department to ensure meet production yield with minimum downtime record and meet acceptable department KPI.k. Able to handle and lead the team on working at high pressure technical environment.l. To keep track on machineries spare parts.**Job Requirement**- Minimum have PW4, SKM 3 or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing industries- Process on hand-on knowledge in chiller, boiler, compressor, JBA system and good technical skills- Able to work in heavy and tough environment, shift workers (if needed)**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- related: 1 year (preferred)
