Responsible for doing tele-sales for the company's products.
Explain company's product offerings, product promotions, and pre-qualify prospects based on specific criteria.
Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
Keep abreast of competitive issues, products, and the financial market, actively participating in providing feedback during discussions.
Foster positive relationships with team members within the team and department.
Adhere to department processes and procedures in compliance with audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with the Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (and if possible, exceed) committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls.
Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to meet required sales productivity and financial goals.

Requirements:Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good personality, able to work under pressure, and possess a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision, and deliver results.
Candidate must have own transport.
