In this full-time role based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key part in our outbound sales operations, connecting with potential customers and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
Actively make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products and services, and generate sales leads
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our telemarketing processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
