Job Responsibilities
Cold call people using a given phone directory to promote our services.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
Check financial health of customer using CTOS
Collect relevant documents from customers
Process customers' application in a timely manner.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions and offer the best customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job requirements - Candidates should posses a minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Candidates who have experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer
- Persistent and able to handle customer rejection
- Ability to work under fast paced environment and remain agile
- Fluent speaking in English & Bahasa Malaysia
