Telemarketing Executive / Customer Service Executive (F&B Sales)

Day-to-Day Contacting customers to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decisionsContacting customers to upsell them remotelyWorking with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, deliveries, returns. Requirements Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, data entry is a plus but not essential.F&B experience is not required at all.Comfortable working with computers. Expertise is not required.Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu is required. Other dialects are a bonus.
