Telemarketing Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES Perform outbound calls to the customers (database and leads are given)Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up callsRecording customer interactions and updating customer information in a database REQUIREMENT At least 1-2 years of working experience in telemarketing/sales is a strong advantage.Familiar with basic Computer Knowledge.Willing to learn and willing to grow your abilityStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Strong verbal and written in English and Bahasa MalaysiaWorking Location at Pandan Perdana CherasWorking Monday to Friday (10am – 5pm)Fresh graduate are welcomeFull time position is available Supplemental Pay : Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,000 per monthCommission PayPerformance Bonus
