Telesales Agentis accountable for helping our organisation generate sales. Managing sales deals over the phone and building positive customer relationships will be your primary responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls or coldcalls in order to sell products.Upsells customers to largerproducts and more extensive packagesMaintains a list ofpotential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequentsales pitchesAssist Sales RelationshipManagers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers whennecessaryReceive inbound call fromclients / prospective clients that are interestedUphold the quality of thesale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequateBuild an instant rapportthrough effective communicationGather information byenquiring effectively and listening attentively.RequirementsMin SPM holder; Diploma etcAble to converse/speak in,English or multi-language and experience in phone sales will be anadvantageExperiences with telesalesor customer service experiences in automotive or insurance will be a pluspointAble to cope with SalesRejectionBe driven by commissionWilling to workin KL Eco City (Walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum).#J-18808-Ljbffr
