-Contact potential and existing customers by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp message to inform them of the company's products, promotions, and offers.


-Monitoring own sales performance. 


-Closing sales deals. 


-Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future. 


-Following up on previous customers for potential sales 


-Call targets of up to 80 Active Calls per day

; Requirements:-


-Proven experience as a Telemarketing or call centre  


-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus 


-Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities 


-Ability to work under High Speed and Pressure
