The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, emails and other communication channels to schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate must comfortable speaking with management level and decision-makers, has strong communication skills, and possesses a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists and cold-calling techniques.Follow a prepared script and customize messaging based on client responses.Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Maintain accurate records of call activity, follow-up requirements and scheduled appointments.Follow up with potential clients who showed interest but did not commit to an appointment initially.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments.Stay up to date with the company's services, products, and industry trends.Assist in proposal creation and any related administrative work.Requirements: Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus (Fresh graduates are welcome)Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Able to work independently and well as a team.Additional Skills Similar experience as an appointment setter or tele-marketer/sales.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
