Job Summary:
This Telesales Consultant and Business Development Support Specialist is expected to play a critical role in driving the success of the Business Development team by optimizing business development performance and support the team in making informed decisions. This position is also responsible for first front line of clients approach, introducing company's products and services through telephony selling technique.
JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITY


-Telesales Consultant
a) Perform an outbound call to new and existing prospects using provided leads or databases. 
b) To introduce and promote products or services, emphasizing key features and benefits
c) To qualify leads by assessing customer needs and understanding their pain points
d) To establish and nurture positive relationships with potential customers.
e) Schedule qualified sales meetings to assist Business Development in closing deals
f) Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with the latest information. Update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
g) Manage a telesales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system
h) To execute any new products and services implemented by Business Development
i) Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions)


-Business Development Support Specialist:
a) To manage and maintain online social media platform such as LinkedIn and website.
b) Generate and gather new leads and potential business opportunities.
c) Monthly email blast newsletter to clients
d) Quarterly direct mailing brochures to clients
e) Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Education:
a) Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.
Experience:
a) Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Business Development support
a) Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
b) Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
c) Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel) will add advantage.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
e) Highly motivated and able to work independently
f) Persistent and results-oriented
g) Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
h) Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
i) Entry level candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
