Telesales Exec

Our Client is seeking for a skilled and experienced Telesales Exec who will assist new customers on the services provided, as well as providing support to sales team.
Responsibilities: Obtaining new customers who have contacted us overnight who have given us their basic details as they are looking to sell their car.
Chasing up customers who we have requested additional information from but they have still not supplied.
Contacting potential Partners who make an inquiry.
Providing support to our sales team if they need some help in arranging appointments etc.
Requirements Minimum 1years work experience We are seeking candidates proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively  communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients Good organization skills Computer literate Self-motivated and customer service oriented Good attention to details
