Telesales Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

Work together with the recruitment team on building the Telesales Team.
Manage a large team responsible for generating sales leads through business sales calls to prospective customers.
Proactively establish lists of potential customers and qualify sales leads through calls.
Maintain effective communication and secure sales appointments for the Sales Team to follow up.
Produce daily sales progress updates/reports.
Work with the digital marketing team and sales management to manage leads.
Ensure your Telesales team properly uses and updates our CRM system.
Train, coach, and mentor your team to sell more effectively over the phone.
Develop new sales methods and strategies that will lead to a strong value proposition for prospects.
Requirements:
A Degree or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a Telesales team of at least 20 people.
Able to communicate with people at all levels, with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven can-do attitude.
An excellent team player.
