Telesales (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the company.
• Engage with potential clients, explaining our loan consultancy services.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
• Ensure that the sales process is completed smoothly and converted into successful deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales goals.
• Record and manage sales leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve client acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
• Age below 35.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
