Tender Support Specialist (Technical)

Job Overview:
The Technical Tender Support Specialist will assist in preparing and submitting tenders, focusing on the
technical aspects. This role involves coordinating with the tender teams to ensure all specifications,
documentation, and technical proposals are accurate and meet client requirements. Strong technical
knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, specifications, and supporting documentation,
ensuring compliance with the tender requirements.
• Ensure that all technical submissions (specifications, drawings, etc.) adhere to the client's
requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with our supplier to gather accurate data, specifications, and certifications
required for the tender submission.
• Analyse technical aspects of tender documents and assess compliance with project
requirements.
• Maintain an organized system for technical documents, specifications, drawings, and other
materials for easy retrieval and future reference.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in technical tender submission or project management is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, engineering standards, and project execution
processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory
standards.
