To develop business in the F&B sectors through cold calls to generate interest in the customer, understand customer needs and have the proposal made and executed to meet the customer needs and also to generate additional business to Diversey.
Ability to demonstrate value proposition and close the sale.
Ability to conceptualise and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business.
Development and delivering of presentations and proposals.
Sound understanding of the commercial environment and efficiently manage distributors.
Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
Ability to work in a team.
Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer.
Problem solving during performance issues.
Maintaining a positive customer perception for Diversey.
Owner of the customer account within Diversey in all aspects.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's processes and their Cleaning & Hygiene needs.
