JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable testing requirements.
Develop and execute tailored test strategies that validate system functionality, performance, and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing of applications, integrations, and APIs to ensure they meet business needs and industry standards.
Design and implement automated testing solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of quality assurance processes.
Analyze and resolve technical issues, documenting findings and ensuring lessons learned are applied to future projects.
Proactively monitor system performance, identifying and mitigating risks before they impact operations.
Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating cutting-edge tools and practices such as AI and automation into quality assurance processes.
Foster collaboration across business and technical teams to promote a shared commitment to excellence.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, and Postman.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript to develop and maintain automated test frameworks.
Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
Strong grasp of testing tools and methodologies with practical experience in automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Australian insurance industry standards and processes, including regulatory compliance.
Experience in end-to-end testing, including system integrations and API functionality.
Knowledge of the latest trends in technology, such as AI, automation, and chatbot systems, with a drive to apply these innovations to quality assurance.
