Job DescriptionTo set up derivative test systems for product lines based on test specifications (PAV) provided by the CoC team according to the following requirements:
To track project budget and ensure equipment costs are within the planned budget.
On-time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestones (includes management of equipment, hardware interface, and mechanical jig and fixture purchase).
Release the test system according to the Test System Release Procedure.
To train and coach the maintenance team to handle test system breakdowns more effectively and maintain the test system in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE targets (e.g., propose Preventive Maintenance plans, analysis tools for breakdown causes, Test System Setup guidelines, and test fixture and job design concepts).
To participate in project meetings to clarify plant/production requirements on the test system.
Responsible for full test implementation according to test procedures defined by the CoC team and achieve defined test coverage; ensure alignment and calibration processes (such as flashing of memory, tuner alignment/calibration) are in line with test procedures.
To support the line for troubleshooting in the test system.
General support on the following:
To participate in FOR daily meetings and project meetings to monitor daily operational issues related to testing.
To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG.
To analyze MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
Be early involved in new model concept discussions with CoC and TEF7 to ensure smooth handling from the new project setup team after SOP.
Any other TEF7 related duties assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work as a team in transferring technical know-how.
Able to source off-the-shelf solutions to meet production testing needs.
Able to design new test concepts/platforms based on product and market needs.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
