Responsibilities:Monitor overall ICT, FCT, debug and rework area, confirm that testers are in good condition.
Monitor testers performance, analyze and solve if any problem occur.
Analyze high reject issue, study the root cause and provide feedback.
Check, verify and analyze Daily Test Yield reports.
Improvement plan for overall ICT, FCT & debug inventory.
Deal with suppliers for equipment calibrations, services and spare part orders.
Responsible for any new product testing and buy-off activities.
Preparing and updating formats & WI.
Requirements:Degree / Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
With Testing and Debug related works experience.
