Test Lead

Responsibilities:
Independently oversee a distributed testing team of 10 members in Japan, India, Malaysia, and China.
Develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, Estimations, data flow diagrams, and End-to-End test cases.
Collaborate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Coordinate defect triage meetings and ensure timely closure of defects.
Demonstrate willingness to work on-site at the customer's Tokyo office.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test lead role.
Profound understanding of Testing lifecycle, Test concepts, and processes.
Expertise in Life and Annuity insurance domain.
Proficiency in SQL or DB2 query languages.
N2 or N1 JLPT certification.
