Job DescriptionATM (Assembly and Test Manufacturing) is Intel's back-end manufacturing network, which is a critical part of Intel IDM2.0 strategy including advanced package to differentiate Intel's product competitiveness. ATM has a rich portfolio of products serving all Intel business segments, e.g., client, network/connectivity, automotive, server and more. This Test Module Engineering is a critical role within the ATM Test department to work with global teams to support the product roadmap in ATM and act as the interface with BU and customers in daily operations. If you are looking for a role that gives you the opportunity to manage, influence and shape Intel's future as part of IDM 2.0, then this is the role for you.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Execute the Test Program deployment which include setup, validation, and release to ATM in accordance with BU's requirements.Prepare and establish factory systems based on technology, process, and product certification/qualification milestones.Execute with factory engineer teams to support Technology Certification (Silicon Process, Package Technology, and Assembly Test Certification) and product ramp in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).Execute BU's product roadmap and build plan requirement proactively, initiates and owns the continuous improvement of testing process for key performance indicators (e.g. safety, quality, cost, yield and retest rate) and work with ATTD and BU as required.Execute the collaborate with STTD and BU, support variety of new developments in ATM (e.g. new test capability from HDMT/BI/OLx/PPV, Automation, AI/Big data, etc.)Address Manufacturability and Productivity issues and drive for solutions.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a Science or Engineering field with 5+ years of semiconductor testing experience or Master's Degree in a Science or Engineering field with 3+ years of semiconductor testing experience. Applied testing experience in at least one of the following technical areas:- Experience of product or test program development team interface and owning related NPI activities and trouble-shooting issues related to test program.- Experience interpreting product data including BI, Class, OLx and PPV data, finding failure root cause and inline indicator and driving for solutions.- Knowledge on electrical test method, test template and BI/Class/OLx/PPV test program structures.Strong technical and troubleshooting skills to resolve electrical test related problems, quality improvement/tool improvement/ cost improvement actions.Ability to work across organizational boundaries including module engineering, NPI and yield.Ability to communicate complex concepts, solutions, and strategic initiatives in both written and verbal environments.Strong programming or test equipment skill is a plus.Inside this Business GroupAs the world's largest chip manufacturer, Intel strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art -- from semiconductor process development and manufacturing, through yield improvement to packaging, final test and optimization, and world class Supply Chain and facilities support.
