Job Overview: The R3 Lubricants Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and market penetration of R3 brand car lubricants. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with automotive dealerships, repair shops, and other key accounts. The Sales Specialist will focus on growing brand presence, achieving sales targets, and providing expert product knowledge to customers.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for R3 car lubricants within assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess competitive landscape.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including automotive dealerships, repair shops, and fleet operators.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Educate customers on the benefits and features of R3 lubricants and how they compare to competitors.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Maintain deep knowledge of R3 lubricants, including product specifications, benefits, and application guidelines.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales teams.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product advantages.
Sales Administration:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Gather feedback from customers and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitive actions to management.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Previous sales experience in automotive products or lubricants is highly desirable.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales and working with automotive professionals is a plus.
