Responsibilities:To monitor ticket inventory and sales quotas, ensuring optimal revenue generation.
To provide exceptional customer service to patrons by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with ticket purchases.
To handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
To utilize ticketing software or systems to manage ticket sales, seating assignments, and attendee data accurately.
To assist in the coordination of event logistics related to ticketing, such as entry management, seating arrangements, and access control.
To collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless event experience for attendees.
To manage financial transactions related to ticket sales, including processing payments.
To provide on-site support during events, including staffing ticket booths, assisting with entry procedures, and addressing attendee concerns or inquiries.Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
No experience required, training provided.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
