Description Primary Objective: To exceed budget and report/support the Head to meet the department's KPIsTo lead a dynamic team and to retain talentTo provide the best CF solution for clients in a timely and efficient mannerKey Responsibilities: To help the marketing efforts of the Head to secure mandatesCoordinate effectively with various internal departments to execute mandatesTo ensure work undertaken by the team is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirementsTo build a strong CF team and to develop the capabilities of each CF team memberNurture relationships with clients and regulatorsTo ensure the efficient and proper running of the teamLead manage the execution of mandatesTo recruit talent of the highest qualityTo ensure talented CF officers are retainedTo protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the GroupTo ensure amounts owing by clients are collected on a timely manner Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
