Description Primary Objective: To support the Team Heads in M&A workTo participate and assist in the team's initiatives in deal originationTo assist in execution of live transactionsKey Responsibilities: To support the Team Heads and Senior Team Member in all aspects of transaction origination and executionTo oversee the work and provide guidance to the Junior Team MemberPrepare presentation documents including pitch books, brief company descriptions and proposalsBuild financial models as part of the execution of mandatesPerform research, analyse and write reports on industry sectors and specific companiesCompiling documents for due diligence processes for M&A mandatesGeneral assistance to the Team Heads and Senior Team MemberUpdating of operations manual and undertake compliance reportingInteract with regional offices to support origination and execution of M&A mandatesPrepare mandate letters, information memorandum, etc Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
Diploma - Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
Professional Certificate - Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
