Description Primary Objective: To assist GLC Section Head and Unit Head to formulate and implement business plans, strategies and business initiativesTo be Balance Score Card ("BSC") Coordinator for GLCTo assist GLC Section Head in managing administrative functions in complying to prudential guidelines imposed by the authorities and internal policies and to manage the overall clients database for reporting purposesKey Responsibilities: Assist Section Head, and Unit Head Office Management and Business Planning on strategic business developmentAssist GLC teams in providing training to clientsUpdate bank's info/research/credentials/awardsManage and track the business/deal pipelineMaintain and update the GLC clients and work closely with Corporate Investment Banking Services (CIBS) supports Compile relevant information for internal and external audit purposesAssist GLC Heads on any other business and administrative mattersScheduling meetings and appointmentsPlan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferencesOrganizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipmentMaintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairsAssist in the onboarding process for new hires Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - •Bachelor Degree, Diploma or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related areas.
Minimum of 3 years of corporate planning or administrative or research experiences with financial institution or related experienceProficiency in Bloomberg, other web based research tools, Microsoft programs i.e.
