Working Hour- Regular Hours- Monday - Friday- Business Area- Asset Management- Location- Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur- Description**Primary Objective**:- Handle commission payment calculations from all channels- Handle payment grievances and send payment notes- Perform overall reporting to internal management- Manage projects and TA system enhancements**Key Responsibilities**:- Strong familiarity in processes/guidelines and activities related to commission and fee payments, project management and internal reporting.- Good problem solving skills- Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency- Support and contribute to the PRS/UT project and ensure action items are close off timely.- Be careful and attentive to details when calculating commission payments for all channels, trailer fees, and manage all related queries.- Have a good understanding towards regulatory reporting- In charge of queries management and follow-up accordingly.- Coordinate with other team and external parties for information sharing.- Requirements**Requirements**:Diploma - Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Asset Management, Unit Holders Registry, Custodian, Company Acts and will verse in Microsoft Office..- Nil- 1-2 years' experience in related Financial Services Industries or Asset Management.
